stayed in the mandarin gardens apartments with my husband liam and 3 kids and my parents 23may till 6 june.we have been to lots of foreign countrys before and this was our 1st time to turkey.never in our lives have we experienced such hospitality and kindness from staff at our hotel.thanks to all the staff and cleaners of the mandarin gardens in bitez for their manner in everthing they did for us and a special hi to jack from my 6 yr old son kieran who absolutly adored jack and he loved jacks hair.tanks again and we hope to c ye all next year. from caroline and liam ,kayleigh,liam,and kieran and mam and dad.xxxxx |

Hi
it was really great staying with you. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean. Every day we got other sheets and towels. I think it is a bit unfair what people say about the food as well. There is enough choice for everyone. The story about 'every day chicken' is absolutely untrue. The problem with the sunbeds is solved, so people don't have to claim there bed by putting there towels the night before.
Hope we can come back one day...

een heel mooi hotel waar ge echt het gevoel hebt thuis te zijn al die mensen die daar werken zijn keivriendelijk, er was er zelfs al een die mij zijn sister noemde. er hangt daar echt zon relax sfeertje. ook de streek is prachtig waar er ook savonds nog iets te beleven valt. greetz joyce. :) |
